Here's a simple attitude change that can change your life. Expect the best -- no matter what is going on. How often do we expect challenges or problems to occur or to continue. We walk around in that mindset ready for battle. It's stressful and it EATS AWAY AT YOUR ENERGY. Hear me out on this. It is literally draining you of your energy. You need this energy to live out your day!
What would life be like if instead, we EXPECTED things to be good?
--Have a sore back? EXPECT to be healed.
--Have a long To Do list? EXPECT to easily accomplish what is most important.
--Hubby out of town and you're on your own with the kiddos? EXPECT to have a great day!
--Need to have an important conversation with someone? EXPECT it will be peaceful.
