So many of us moms don't even know how to take care of ourselves. We wait until our cups are completely empty and we are depleted.
Then we think if we go get a massage or a mani-pedi that we are really taking care of ourselves and we will feel better.
But those things are only surface level. They are very nice and might make us feel better for a while, but more is needed to take care of our souls.
How do you take care of your soul?
You might add prayer or meditation time in. Take a class on something you are passionate about. Work on discovering the depths of who you really are and why you are here.
