 Met a great group of girls this morning teaching PiYo and Positivity at the Woodfield ivivva store! We had fun working out then talked about believing in ourselves. Every girl left with a positive statement of their character. The glasses they are wearing are a symbol of how we are not seeing clearly when we are believing negative things about ourselves.
