Your thoughts create your reality, so pay attention to any limited thinking.
Stop listening to those thoughts that tell you you can't have what you want.
Be observant. Catch them when they come up and replace them with something more positive.
For example, a woman was telling her friends how hard a certain situation was going to be. Yikes! This is self-sabotage!
When you catch yourself talking negatively like this, stop for a moment and imagine the situation going well...and change your words and thoughts to be more positive.
