We start with where your teen is today and help them figure out how to move forward. Coaching is very empowering for teens, because it shows them that they are capable of finding solutions to their problems. The coaching process helps them own the solutions and increases their motivation. Coaching provides a supportive and non-judgmental space to help teens create the life they desire.

How does coaching work?
- I customize my coaching program for each student, delivering the skills and information they need when they need it.
- At the beginning of our coaching relationship, I will help the teen establish an overall goal for the program. Then, in each coaching session, we will work toward that goal.
- I recommend at least 12 weekly sessions to accomplish the goal.
- Coaching sessions are based on the Coach asking questions to help the teen explore their situation, identify possible solutions, overcome obstacles and celebrate success.
- Each life coaching session lasts approximately 45 minutes and is split into three phases:
- Phase 1: Decide what to accomplish in that session
- Phase 2: Explore the teens thoughts, identify obstacles and come up with solutions
- Phase 3: Decide the next steps and actions to be taken in between sessions
- Each week we will move closer toward the overall goal and your teen will grow in confidence.
