Today I used Cafe Latte and added 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, PB2 and almond milk!! Cheers!
How is it possible to get a workout done in only 30 minutes? Is it too good to be true? No! The key is -- Multiple muscle groups. You are always working more than one muscle group at a time. This torches calories faster. So, I assure you! It's not too good to be true. It is hard work. But I don't mind putting in that hard work for 30 minutes. Then I can get on with my day! It used to take me an hour at the gym plus drive time before I could get on with my day -- that was so much time to put into something I didn't love. Plus, I wasn't getting results. I am so much happier now! If this is something you struggle with, I would love to coach you on it.

So here's a super simple recipe I made for dinner tonight.
Black Bean Chicken Tortilla Soup
1 lb frozen chicken breast
2 cans black beans, rinsed
2 cans Rotel diced tomatoes
1 can sweet corn
Put in crock pot. Shred the chicken when done and put back in.
My kids eat it with tortilla chips!
For you 21 Day Fixers ... The chicken is a red container, beans and corn are yellow, tomatoes are green.
The warm weather today made me realize I have a huge problem. None of my summer shorts are going to fit. They are all too big! Almost exactly one year ago I set out to lose a few pesky pounds.
