People pleasing. A big mistake many of us make. Saying, "yes" to too many things -- even in the name of the Lord. This does no one any good. Especially you. It drains your energy and scatters you everywhere. This makes it difficult to be present and live in your moments. Check in with God before you say, "yes" next time.
