You know how they say, “It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it?” Well, that isn’t true when it comes to what you say to yourself.

How about this one, “Sticks and stones may break my bones, but names will never hurt me.” Wrong again.

Negative self-talk is a problem that causes us to feel defeated and less than, and it takes us away from God’s plans for us.
