I love this! I think in marriage we sometimes get caught up in worrying only about ourselves and where our own needs aren't being met, but Philippians 2:3-4 reminds us:
"Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves. Each of you should look not only to your own interests, but also to the interests of others."
So, how can we apply this practically in marriage? We can try to consider the feelings and needs of our spouses much more often!
A good time to apply this is when you yourself are feeling that your needs are not being met. Try doing something to meet the needs of your spouse and see what happens!
