I used to think, "I could never work out at home." That was when I thought workouts had to be an hour to count for anything. I couldn't imagine focusing on working out for an entire hour when there were a million things around the house that needed to be done. But now I am so thankful I have discovered 30-minute at home workouts. They have literally changed my life! I get up, get with God, then get it done!!! I also love that every day the workout is different. It keeps me from getting bored. Today was Pilates day! Moms, there is time for you to work out during the day! 30 minutes is all you need!
