Hello friends! I have been talking with many recently about meditation. There seems to be a desire to try it, but people are unsure where to start. A guided meditation is a fantastic way to start. Here is an app I use. It is called mindfulness. You can set the duration of your meditation. Start small, if you must, and work your way up. A great goal would be to meditate for 20 minutes each day.
