Sometimes I have trouble figuring out what to eat for lunch that is healthy. I'm on top of it for this week, though. Today I made some ground turkey breast with taco seasoning that I will use throughout the week with these yummy Romaine Leaf Singles. You could make a Mexican salad or a wrap...add some salsa, and you are good to go!
