I tried tempeh for the first time today. I was honestly afraid. I bought it weeks ago without knowing exactly what it was -- just that it was plant-based protein. I finally got brave today. Once I looked it up this morning and realized it was soy, I relaxed a little. How bad could soy taste? I followed a 21 Day Fix approved recipe and actually liked it! Wow!
