Strength does not come from what you can already do. Strength comes from doing what you thought you couldn’t do.
Over the weekend I tried a new workout that I thought I couldn't do. But I did it! And it made me feel so strong!!
Then, this morning I thought I didn't have a lot of energy to do a tough workout. I was going to "take it easy" until I checked in to my accountability group and saw that someone else had already done their workout and was feeling amazing. That was the motivation I needed to find my strength this morning. So glad I did!!
What is it you think you can't do?! Try it!!
