I don't like to spend a lot of time making my lunch every day. So this weekend I threw some chicken breasts into the instant pot to pre-cook them for the week. Today I added some of it to my favorite superfood salad mix! In the picture you only see one container of greens, but I used two. I still use my containers to help me judge portion size. The bottom pic is the finished product! Yum! 5 minutes or less! What are you having for lunch today?!
