I think it takes time to acquire a taste for clean eating. But it is worth it to try. You don't have to be perfect. Just start with baby steps. Today's lunch salad was very simple -- lettuce, tomato, avocado, onion, salt and pepper. So delicious. I generally don't use dressing when I have avocado, because the creaminess of the avocado is enough!
