Happy Monday!! It's a fresh, new week! I have six friends who are starting this week off 4-5 pounds lighter than they were at the start of last week! Together they completed the 3 Day Refresh, essentially a mini-cleanse. One of the participants, Karen Krzewinski Briggs, who is a fellow coach, was kind enough to share her BEFORE and AFTER pictures with us. She lost 5.6 pounds and 2.75 inches in 3 days. Four others also lost at least 5 pounds, and one lost almost 4 pounds -- in 3 DAYS!!
