How is it possible to get a workout done in only 30 minutes? Is it too good to be true? No! The key is -- Multiple muscle groups. You are always working more than one muscle group at a time. This torches calories faster. So, I assure you! It's not too good to be true. It is hard work. But I don't mind putting in that hard work for 30 minutes. Then I can get on with my day! It used to take me an hour at the gym plus drive time before I could get on with my day -- that was so much time to put into something I didn't love. Plus, I wasn't getting results.
