Don't wish for it. Work for it! I was thinking this morning about why some people are successful in achieving their health and fitness goals and why some aren't. Aside from biological issues, making your health a priority is essential to getting where you want to go! That's why I get up at the early hour of 5:00 a.m. My workouts are non-negotiable. I get them done before anything else can get in the way. If you are struggling to get your workouts in, take a look at your life and see what can go to make room for your workouts.
