I heard this concept on a coaching call, and it is really helping me in my workouts. I thought I would share. The coach said most people start resting as the trainer starts counting down 3...2...1. He pointed out that if you waited to start resting until after the 1, you would get a few more reps in. This will make you better and stronger. And help you get to your goal more quickly. So push yourself to get the most out of your workout!! Who is with me?!
