There are 7 different 30 MINUTE workouts -- 1 for each day of the week, and they come with a calendar that tells you which workout to do on which day. AND it comes with a nutrition plan that tells me what to eat to properly fuel my body! It takes the guesswork out of it!
This has been such a revelation for me!!! Because I used to think I had to go to the gym and do a strenuous 1 hour workout in order to get the body I wanted. And I was eating all the wrong things!
