For those of you who struggle trying to get your daily fruit servings in...I can relate! So, today I made a "Blueberry Brew" -- latte flavor Shakeology, 1 cup almond milk and 1/2 cup frozen blueberries. I like keeping frozen blueberries on hand for this very reason.
