I used to dread Monday mornings. I think there have been different levels of dreading Mondays. As a kid, dreading going back to school, as an adult, dreading going back to work, as a young mom, dreading having my husband go back to work and losing my weekend helper. This is no way to live.
All of this was before I started working with a life coach and learning how to create a life that I love living.
I have come so far in the past 6 or so years in so many ways. But, one of my favorite things came just 11 months ago. That is the discovery that I can work out at home for only 30 minutes a day, instead of dragging myself to the gym for an hour.
Depending on what class I was taking, I wasn't showered and ready to start my day until 11:30 or so. Half the day was gone already!
Now I get up early to workout at home and shower before I bring the kids to school. That makes me so happy and gives me several extra hours each day. Ahhh...the gift of time.
