Any workout is better than no workout. Today was supposed to be an intense Dirty 30 workout for me, but my body didn't feel up to it. So I did Yoga Fix instead. We call yoga an active recovery day in the 21 Day Fix. It felt so good to stretch out all of those tight muscles I've been working all week! My miracle morning. Fueling myself mind, body and spirit. First, prayer time with God, then fueling my body with a workout (and Bentley underfoot), then energizing my body with Shakeology. This was my verse of the day today...but it might as well be every day.
Preheat oven to 350. Place chicken in baking dish. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle a bit of Adobo seasoning. Drizzle a bit of EVOO over the chicken. Top with fresh basil, tomato slices and Italian or mozzarella cheese! Bake for 30-40 minutes. Everyone loved it at our house! #easyfamilydinners#cleaneating #capresechicken #21dayfixdinner
