Here's what's for dinner! A healthy version of creamy mushroom chicken and some fresh sautéed Brussels sprouts! Yum!
I was so pleasantly surprised this morning -- I went back to PIYO workouts after a couple months of 21 Day Fix workouts. I have gained so much strength...I could do more of the moves than my last round! So cool! Do you vary your workouts from time to time?!
Today is all about the jeans, baby! We had our 21 day check in for results in our accountability group, and two ladies specifically mentioned their jeans fitting much better. I love that! One of those ladies lost 8 pounds in 21 days, and the other one lost 12!
But you know what is more amazing than the number on the scale?! It is the way these ladies are feeling! They feel happier, stronger, healthier, and they are sleeping better! They are proud of the example they are setting for their families. That's the real stuff! Oh my goodness! These ladies are making me so proud! What a great way to start the week! Happy Monday everyone!
Sometimes I have to take complaints about the 21 Day Fix and Shakeology. My poor friend Jen lost so much weight she needs new clothes for a trip to Florida! PM me if you want to have the same problem Jen does! I have a new challenge round starting on February 1st. #sorrynotsorry

Isn't it interesting that the first thing to go when life gets busy and stressful is our health? It's like we all see it as a luxury when it should be a necessity. Friends, when we take care of our bodies we experience higher energy levels, greater well-being, healthier weight levels and a happier mood. Also, our outlook and self-esteem naturally blossom.
