Today is day 4 of my 3 week yoga retreat. Some gentle flow to start my morning. I'm finding this to be so delicious! And the timing is perfect for me as I am also practicing for the PiYo classes I will be teaching in October. I feel really grateful for that! What workout are you doing today?!
