Who would have thought my new favorite salad would have come from a 3 day mini-cleanse! Baby spinach, cucumber, 🍅, red pepper, raw pumpkin seeds, lemon juice and EVOO!! So satisfying!! And beautiful! When I made it for the first time Alyssa said, "That's beautiful. I hope you took a picture of it."
