I did it! I finished the 3 day refresh!! My box is empty! The refresh is a mini-cleanse that is designed to help you lose a few pounds quickly, gain energy and kick unhealthy eating habits to the curb!
I'm not sure how many pounds I lost yet. And honestly I don't care as much about that. My goal was to reset back to healthier eating habits. The refresh helps with that.
I like it because it is very specific and tells you exactly what to eat and how much. And it incorporates real food -- fresh fruits and vegetables -- with healthy protein shakes.
Here is the salad I had for dinner tonight--delicious! One of the snacks I had each of the 3 days was celery with almond butter. I also had carrots and hummus with a shake at lunch.
The hardest part of this process for me is actually denying myself snacking all day on things I don't need. The refresh reminds me I don't need as much food as I think I do.
